In this episode of British Murders, I tell the story of English murderer John Sweeney.

Sweeney murdered and dismembered two former girlfriends before dumping their remains in canals in both Rotterdam, Netherlands and London, England.

Sweeney was already serving a life sentence for attempted murder on a third ex-girlfriend when he was linked to the murders of Melissa Halstead and Paula Field.

He was subsequently handed a Whole Life Order.
